He has guided hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors through changing markets with steady, practical advice. Fluent in English and Spanish, Joe works comfortably with families from all backgrounds and generations.
In addition to residential sales, Joe also operates Legends Property Management and Escrow Legends, giving clients seamless support from listing to closing.
